Victoria Beckham wants to become an actress

After tasting success as a singer and a fashion designer Victoria Beckham now wants to walk in the footsteps in her idol Audrey Hepburn and try her hand in acting. 

According to a report by News of The World former Spice Girl wants to pursue an acting career seriously and is taking special classes for the same in Los Angeles. 

The 35-year-old fashionista is reportedly eyeing a role in the 'Sex And The City' movie sequel. 

"They've already talked about doing a cameo walk-on role, but now Victoria is desperate for an acting career, they might even try to string out a bigger role," a source told the newspaper. 

"She's really caught the acting bug. She's decided she has done everything else so she now wants to pursue a career in films. Victoria has always loved the cinema, especially old films because of the glamour of people like Audrey Hepburn, who has been her style icon for years," the source added. 

"She already has a bit of acting appearance from when she appeared in Spice World and had a cameo in Ugly Betty, but she wants to go even further. The acting lessons are really stretching her to the limit but she's enjoying them. If they go well she wants to start at auditions," the source added.

Beckham falls for 'little bum'

David Beckham has fallen for an Italian, but it is not a woman but a local delicacy called 'little bum' which has the football star hooked. 

The dish made out of pig's hindside has become a favourite of Beckham and now he wants his wife, former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham to try it, reported Contactmusic. 

The soccer superstar, who is currently playing for Italian team AC Milan, was first given the food by his club's former manager Carlo Ancelotti, and the pair have been spotted eating it on a number of occasions. 

"David can't get enough of this fine delicacy. It's got a much lighter and less meaty taste than most other prosciuttos. He's dying to get Victoria to try some," said a source close to the star. 

Victoria who lives with the couple's three sons in Los Angeles, may soon get to try the dish as reports suggest that the family plans to reunite by moving to Milan. 

The 35-year-old fashionista had decided to stay on in LA so that Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, 6, and Cruz,4 could continue schooling unaffected. 

Victoria regularly flies in to visit Beckham but now wants to settle with Beckham in the Italian city so that he can spend more time with the children. 

"Victoria loves America but all the flying back and forward is starting to take its toll, and being apart from David has been really hard for them both. Plus, she doesn't want David to be away from the kids," said a source close to the fashion designer.

Posh and kids ‘to move to Italy this summer’

Victoria Beckham is planning to move to Italy this summer along with her three kids, it has emerged. 

The former Spice Girl, who is currently living in Los Angeles with her sons while soccer star husband David plays for AC Milan, wants them all to live under the same roof, reports ‘The China Daily’. 

A source said: "Victoria loves America but all the flying back and forward is starting to take its toll, and being apart from David has been really hard for them both. She loves her friends and her life in Los Angeles, but it doesn't make up for the fact she is so far away from her husband. 

"Victoria hated the idea of moving to Milan at first, but she's warmed to it. Plus, she doesn't want David to be on his own too long away from her and the kids,” the source added. 

David - who has been in Italy since January - is due to return to America next month to resume his contract with Los Angeles but it is thought AC Milan want to sign him on a permanent basis for next season, which starts in August. 

The source added to Britain's ‘Star’ magazine: "Victoria has said the kids were hoping to stay in Los Angeles, where they have settled in, especially Brooklyn. But they are used to moving a lot now. They're well-rounded kids, so Victoria isn't worried about them adjusting to a new home and a new school."

Beckham's childhood house fails to attract buyers

In the times of recession, even the name of a celebrity like David Beckham is no guarantee to attract a good price. 

The childhood home of football star David Beckham had to be taken off the market after bidding stopped at a meager 215,000 pounds. The current owner of the house, Iftikar Mehmood had hoped that 'Becks effect' will fetch him a price of at least 500,000 pounds. 

Beckham lived in the East London house from his birth until he was two year old. The sports star, now with AC Milan, owns homes in Beverly Hills and Hertfordshire, ‘Daily Mail’ reported. The accountant, who had bought the house five years ago, did not know about its celebrity connection until local historian Colin Evans visited the house. Evans is now helping Mehmood to sell the house. 

However, only two buyers showed interest in the house but their bidding did not go beyond 215,000 pound. Evans still hopes that the house will fetch double the market value. 

"My faith in brand Beckham is 100 per cent still," Evans said.

Posh says Becks helped her strip for Armani ads

Victoria Beckham has revealed that the support of her hubby David is what helped her to strip for the saucy Armani adverts. 

The couple has posed half naked for Emporio Armani’s new underwear collection, and could be seen in their sexy avatar on huge billboards around the world. 

“When David and I got to the first shoot we were both standing in our bathrobes, looking at each other and saying, ‘Okay, who’s going to drop their dressing gown first?’ the ‘Sun’ quoted her as saying.  She added: “It can be a little intimidating standing half-naked in a studio full of strangers, so it’s good to have the support of each other, reassuring and encouraging one another. David is always incredibly supportive of everything I do.” 

Talking to ‘Hello’ magazine, the former Spice Girl also revealed how the ads helped her get in shape.  “I never used to go to the gym before working with Armani – but if you’re going to be photographed in your bra and knickers you want to look as good as you can,” she said. 

“I started running four to five miles every day, and focused on eating healthily. I really like having something to work towards, so I actually enjoyed the whole process. “David was working out a lot as well, so we motivated each other. It was fun. “I still work out every day. I drop the kids at school, and from the school I go to the gym and do the miles on the treadmill. 

“After that I start work, and there’s enough time to work before doing the school pick-up. It all works out really well.  “I have worked hard, and if you are going to agree to be photographed in underwear you have to put the hours in, so when you turn up on the day and take off your robe you feel confident that you can do the job. 

“As a 35-year-old mother of three, I’m looking okay,” she added.

Ace Footballer David Beckham has dismissed rumours of a dinner date with Hungarian model Mariann Fogarasy stating that he exists only for his wife Victoria. 

The 34-year-old soccer star who is currently playing for AC Milan until the end of the football season, pledged undying love for Victoria in an interview with an Italian newspaper, the Daily Mail online reported. 

"Ninety per cent of what is written about us is invented. The last one was this story about the Hungarian model, I have never been out to dinner with this young lady," Beckham was quoted telling La Stampa. 

"I do not flirt with other women - I exist only for Victoria. And just for the record Victoria will be in the stand on Sunday to watch me play against Juventus,' he said. 

Beckham's comments comes after a French magazine had claimed he had been out for dinner with Fogarasy after meeting her in Budapest. 

"If I took the time to deny every story about me I wouldn't have time to be a footballer," Beckham said.

Victoria Beckham was in New York yesterday to launch her latest raunchy campaign for Armani.
 
The former Spice Girl looks stunning in lingerie shots for the designer brand which were unveiled at Macy’s department store in the Big Apple.
 
Posh is reportedly paid a cool £15 Million to be the face, and er, body of the Armani brand.
 
According to The Mirror David Beckham is also a fan of the new photo in the advert. They report that he has had the picture framed and put next to his bed in Milan.
 
A source told the paper: “He was blown away (by the image). Without telling her, he had it reproduced and put in an antique silver frame.
 
“When she visited and saw it by his bedside she was hugely touched- if a little embarrassed.”
 
AC Milan midfielder Becks also models underwear for the Armani brand.

Beckhams planning to move to Milan

Celebrity couple David and Victoria Beckham have decided to move from Los Angeles to Milan, just two years after they had first decided to make a permanent home in the Californian city. 

But after establishing themselves in the entertainment capital's social circles, the Beckhams are now hatching a secret plan to move back to Europe, reported ‘Daily Mail online’. The decision comes after Beckham moved to the football club AC Milan and Victoria was left in Los Angeles to bring up the couple's four children by herself. 

"Victoria hated the idea of moving to Milan at first but she's warmed to it. David has become friendly with George Clooney, who lives near Lake Como, and the couple have built a strong social circle in the city," a source close to the couple told the newspaper. 

Victoria who had flown into Milan for David's 34th birthday is going house-hunting in Italy this week. "Victoria flew to Milan on Friday ahead of David's birthday celebrations and plans to see several properties during her trip," the source added.

Victoria Beckham turns down Desperate Housewives cameo

Looks like Victoria Beckham prefers being an animated character on 'Spong Bob' than playing a Desperate Housewife. 

The fashionista wife of football star David Beckham has reportedly turned down an offer from the producers of the hit American show "Desperate Housewives" to do a cameo. Eva Longoria, a close friend of Victoria, was the one who first came up with the idea of casting singer turned fashion designer in a special guest appearance. But the 34-year-old mother of three had to decline the offer because of her previous commitments to her fashion projects, ‘Daily Mail’ reported. 

Despite declaring that the director was a big fan of the former Spice Girl, Eva recently confirmed that Victoria wasn't getting involved in the series. 

Victoria had earlier made a much hyped guest appearance in popular TV show 'Ugly Betty' soon after moving to Los Angeles from Britain.
