I am not crazy, says Jordan

Katie Price a.k.a Jordan has rubbished claims that she is having an emotional meltdown following her spilt with husband Peter Andre, insisting “I am not crazy.” 

The glamour model has dismissed reports that she has hit the bottle and is surviving on sleeping tablets. 

“Kate saw the claims and of course it is not nice for her but she knows that they are unfounded and she is carrying on as normal,” the Daily Star quoted a publicist for Jordan as saying. 

Meanwhile, Jordan and Andre have got into a new fight over their kids. 

She allowed Andre to take the kids for the weekend, and was furious when he gave them back early so he could rehearse a new album.

Jordan caught in sex tape storm

Katie Price a.k.a Jordan has found herself embroiled in a sex tape storm. 

Big Brother star Billi Bhatti claims that the former glamour model had a 10-month "cyber-affair" with him.  He said the two spent months dabbling in steamy web-sex talk behind her hubby Peter Andre's back. 

Bhatti has released a scandalous one-minute home video, which according to him shows a naked Jordan.  He also revealed explicit details of his alleged 10-month online "fling" in an interview. 

"She was pretty dirty," the Daily Star quoted him Bhatti as saying. 

"She sent me a load of images exposing herself, as well as a video," he added. 

The 27-year-old has already been dubbed ''Billi Liar'' after he wrongly boasted of bedding BB babe Chanelle Hayes, 20.  Meanwhile, mum-of-three Kate, 31, spent an afternoon with top media lawyers following the allegations. 

Sources have revealed that the tape appears to be doctored to stitch her up. One photo appears to show Jordan on her back, naked with legs apart.  Bhatti said that his "online affair" with the star initiated after meeting her in London's Embassy Club in August 2007. 

"I didn't think I'd hear from her, so when she found me on MySpace three days later, referring to the conversation we'd had in the club, I was quite surprised," he said. 

"I knew it was her because she was talking about the conversation we had had. That's when we started talking and exchanged e-mail addresses. She gave me hers so I could contact her on MSN. 

"I even got myself a webcam because she wanted me to. 

"I started using Facebook to speak to her as well," he added. 

And their conversations gradually became "fruity" and sexually explicit, he said. 

The allegations, however, have been dismissed by the troubled Jordan's friends - and by her estranged husband Andre.

Penelope flees Cannes party to avoid Orlando

Spanish beauty Penelope Cruz was forced to flee a Cannes party when she came to know that ex-boyfriend Orlando Bloom will be arriving with his super model girlfriend for the same event. 

The 35-year-old 'Vicky Christina Barcelona' star told the organisers that she was feeling sick and made a quick exit as soon as she was informed that Bloom is also expected to arrive, reported ‘Mirror.co.uk’.

The 32-year-old Bloom has been dating Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr for more than a year now, with reports suggesting that the couple are soon to tie the knot.

Lisa Ray in Hello's '50 Most beautiful' list

Lisa Ray, the Indian origin actress who catapulted to international recognition through Deepa Mehta's 'Water' has been featured in the Canadian edition of ‘Hello’ magazine as one of the '50 Most Beautiful People' of the country. 

The 37-year-old supermodel-turned-actress features along with Ruby Dhalla, a Canadian politician, in the list which features only two Indians, reported ‘Hello’ online.  While reacting to her inclusion in the list, Lisa Ray said, "I guess I need to thank my parents for this. I am really proud to feature along with such prestigious people." 

The list which was topped by country singer Shania Twain , featured renowned names like 'Complicated' singer Avril Lavigne, actor Keifer Sutherland, 'Sex and the City' star Kim Catrall and model Gabriel Aubry among others. 

Lisa Ray who was born in Toronto to a Bengali Indian father and a Polish mother originally planned to study journalism but started modelling when she was spotted by an agent in India at the age of 16. Ray first came to the public attention when she appeared in an advertisement for Bombay Dyeing wearing a high-cut black swimsuit.

Katie Price might face arrest in Maldives

British model Katie Price might face arrest after angering both the locals and authorities of the Muslim country of Maldives by stripping off to sun bath. 

The 30-year-old glamour model who came to the island country with her two young children following the split from husband Peter Andre last week, is facing a police probe after sunbathing naked on the balcony of her exclusive resort. 

Price striped naked in public in the conservative countries' foreign where tourists are told to steer clear from public nudity, which is an act that can lead to arrest, reported ‘Mirror’ online. 

Foreign office travel advice warns, "Nudism and topless sunbathing are prohibited throughout the Maldives including on resort islands. The Maldives is a Muslim country and serious violations of law may lead to a prison sentence." 

The model has also angered locals who find her behaviour "unacceptable", Meanwhile staff has been summoned to help take care of her children Junior, three, and 21-month-old Princess Tiaami as Price nurses her broken heart in the 2,800 pounds-a-night resort.

Brooke Shields: Tabloid took my mother out of nursing home

Brooke Shields told People magazine that a National Enquirer reporter looking for a story checked her mother out of her assisted living home on Thursday by posing as a friend.

"I intend to take every lawful action against all who were involved or who authorized this despicable act," Shields said in a statement to the mag.

Her mother, Teri Shields, is 75 and suffers from dementia.

Staff at the New Jersey assisted living center called police to help look for the elder Shields who was allowed to leave but wound up being gone for "an extended period of time."

Police found her, unharmed, talking to a freelance journalist at a restaurant near the facility. Police questioned both the journalist and a photographer working with the reporter.

Shields said in her statement to People that: "They then drove my 75-year-old mother around looking for a tabloid story. As anyone knows who has a parent who suffers from dementia or Alzheimer's, it is one of the most difficult experiences you can go through as a son or daughter. The idea that the National Enquirer took advantage of her state is reprehensible and disgusting." 

And this was the National Enquirer's response: "A freelance reporter who has known Teri Shields for more than 10 years visited her Thursday at the assisted living facility where Brooke says she moved her. Teri asked the reporter to take her out to lunch and to run some errands. The freelance reporter then got permission from the facility to do so."

The tabloid said the facility did not "contend that there had been any wrongdoing."

Police are investigating who allowed Shields' mother to leave the facility.

'America's Next Top Model': It's Allison vs Teyona

Upon this hallowed day, wherein we experience the revelation of the "America's Next Top Model" heir-apparent (oh, come on, we saw it coming from a mile away) ... all I keep thinking is: what the hell, they fired Paulina? 

Paulina Porizkova, she of the effortless snark and withering critiques, has left the building. Fired due to some combination of ANTM cutbacks and/or her alleged "ego problem." Paulina: call me. I will brush your rock-n-roll hair and laugh at all your goofy, deadpan Czech jokes. Whomever they bring on next won't hold a candle to you. We shall never forget.

The Bones

Okay, where were we? Oh right: it's the finale, and to no one's surprise Teyona wins it. The judges have been steering the Good Ship Teyona for weeks now. She is a perfectly good winner. Consistent, pretty, versatile, driven. Yet she could be unimaginative at times, a little unaware of her body, and packing a grin that straddles a fine line between toothy and feral. Still, possibly the biggest point against her was her monstrous mess up in the Cover Girl commercial (yet she does join the hallowed ranks of girls who completely flubbed the commercial and still won ... what's up with that?).  

Judging by Zap2it's unbiased, highly scientific survey system -- you know, that poll at the end of each recap -- Allison was the overwhelming fan favorite (69% of you voted her your choice). She definitely brought her A Game in tonight's episode, stomping around the runway show like she owned the place and doing pretty well at the Cover Girl commercial. Alas, it was not to be for Crazy Eyes. Still, I suspect she'll have a decent career, and she won't have to endure those terrible My Life As A Cover Girl commercials.  

For those of you seeking to relive the magic -- or just needing to know the basics -- we opened the show and immediately tossed the models into the Cover Girl commercial/photo shoot. McKey shows up and delivers the pat CG speech about how fabulous her lipstick is in a terribly mechanical, rehearsed manner ... she may be very pretty but hoo-eey, that girl is not a spokesmodel. Aminat worked hard at her script and delivered a strong performance, knowing she was the underdog; Allison's wasn't bad but Teyona had a sobbing meltdown.  

At panel Allison was called first, then Teyona: both girls had amazing photos. But that meant Aminat was out, told she needed to learn to control her face better and be a better model (oh, wait, the latter was my commentary).  Allison and Teyona departed for their runway show, which instead of the usual couture seemed to be swimsuits. (Hm, more budget cuts?) While the girls are getting gussied up backstage, the judges show up at the show and dear God, what is Miss Jay wearing? It's a muu muu ... it's Carmen Miranda ... it's a tranny ... oh, heck, I give up. It's a trainwreck. 

Teyona does well on the catwalk but doesn't surpass any expectations; well, not until her hairpiece falls off and -- staying in the moment -- she starts swinging it around like a cat-o-nine-tails. Allison blows the doors off the place with her Miss Most Improved performance, sassing Miss Jay and looking especially fierce.  At final panel, Allison was praised for having wonderful photos and a surprisingly good show. But, of course, Teyona wins it. 

Bonus: Allison is a very gracious loser. Way to go.

The Pretty

All the girls looked gorgeous this episode. Teyona and Allison's Cover Girl photo shoots were just fabulous: sassy, sweet, a little sexy. Both girls rocked the runway and were fun to watch. (I could not say the same for Tyra. She looked especially worn out this episode.)

The Ugly

According to the judges, one of the reasons Teyona won was because "she wanted it more." This seems sort of weak to me. Celia wanted it pretty bad, but she was deemed "desperate." No one is giving me a pair of Christian Louboutin heels because I really, really want them. It seems a contest like this should be decided by talent ... but what the heck do I know?

Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend pleads not guilty

Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer-turned-boyfriend and two doctors pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges they conspired to provide thousands of prescription pills to the former model before her overdose death two years ago.

The appearance of Howard K. Stern and doctors Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor in the Los Angeles Superior Court set the stage for a preliminary hearing that all parties said could last at least two weeks.

Deputy District Attorney Renee Rose said there are 1400 pages of discovery in the case, which was investigated for two years before charges were filed. Court Commissioner Kristi Lousteau ordered documents in the case sealed although attorneys said that about a quarter of the material has already been made public.

The hearing was brief and Smith's name was never mentioned.

Stern, Eroshevich and Kapoor stood before Lousteau with their lawyers. The defendants said "yes" when she asked if they were pleading not guilty and when they agreed to delay the matter until June 8 for setting of the preliminary hearing date. They declined to comment outside court.

Stern's lawyer, Steve Sadow, said he wanted the preliminary hearing to begin as soon as possible. The commissioner granted a motion requiring each defendant to provide a handwriting sample and she transferred the case to a judge for the next hearing.

Outside court, Stern's lawyer was outspoken, exclaiming: "He did not commit a crime, period!"

Sadow said he had filed a demurrer, a legal document contending that the law under which Stern is charged does not apply to him.

"The statute deals with medical practitioners," he said. "He is not a doctor."

Kapoor's lawyer, Ellyn Garafalo, said he continues to practice medicine and his patients have been supportive.

"We have no doubt Dr Kapoor will be exonerated," she said.

Smith, 39, was declared dead at a hospital after being found unconscious in her Florida hotel room in 2007. A medical examiner determined she died of an accidental overdose of a sleeping medication and at least eight other prescription drugs.

Prosecutors allege Stern was the principal enabler in a conspiracy to provide Smith thousands of prescription pills. The defendants each face six counts including conspiracy, and up to five years, eight months in prison if convicted.

Klum and Seal renew wedding vows

Supermodel Heidi Klum and her singer husband Seal renewed their wedding vows in a retro themed ceremony at a beach house in Malibu. 

The celebrity couple who are celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary, have an annual ritual of renewing their wedding vows in Mexico where they had first wed, but they had to stick closer home this time because of the swine flu scare. However, Klum and Seal made most of the moment and threw a retro themed party which was attended by the couple's friends and family, reported People magazine online. 

Klum, who is pregnant with their third child, wore a white wedding dress and had her hair arranged in cornrows while Seal wore a mullet wig and a leather jacket with the American flag embossed on it. The preacher who presided the ceremony dressed like Elvis Presley. There were about 75 guests attending the ceremony, including the likes of Debra Messing and Matthew Perry, all of whom wore denim shorts with leopard print leather jackets. 

Family and friends cheered and toasted Heidi and Seal with Mexican beer and were treated to Mexican food while listening to 60's rock music. They then partied on the patio decorated with inflatable pink flamingos and leopard print balloons.

Heidi Klum, Seal expecting a baby girl

Supermodel Heidi Klum is pregnant with a baby girl, husband Seal confirmed on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

While performing his hits on the talk show, the Grammy-winning singer allowed Winfrey to reveal the gender of the impending arrival, reports a magazine.Although Klum had recently told Ellen DeGeneres that they didn`t know what they were having, Seal explained that Klum “can`t keep a secret” and had decided to let him share the sex of the baby publicly.

The pair announced the good news last month, with the "Kiss from a Rose" crooner, 46, confirming the news onstage at Radio City Music Hall on April 16.The 35-year-old stunner and Seal were married in 2005. 

Together, they have two sons – Henry Günther, 3, and Johan Riley, 2 – and raise daughter Leni, 5, from Klum`s previous relationship with Flavio Briatore.

I exist for Victoria: David Beckham

Ace Footballer David Beckham has dismissed rumours of a dinner date with Hungarian model Mariann Fogarasy stating that he exists only for his wife Victoria. 

The 34-year-old soccer star who is currently playing for AC Milan until the end of the football season, pledged undying love for Victoria in an interview with an Italian newspaper, the Daily Mail online reported. 

"Ninety per cent of what is written about us is invented. The last one was this story about the Hungarian model, I have never been out to dinner with this young lady," Beckham was quoted telling La Stampa. 

"I do not flirt with other women - I exist only for Victoria. And just for the record Victoria will be in the stand on Sunday to watch me play against Juventus,' he said. 

Beckham's comments comes after a French magazine had claimed he had been out for dinner with Fogarasy after meeting her in Budapest. 

"If I took the time to deny every story about me I wouldn't have time to be a footballer," Beckham said.

Brooke Shields shaken after headbutting scandal

While any woman would get flattered if she they had two men fighting over her, Brooke Shields is an exception. 

The ‘Lipstick Jungle’ star, who was recently at the centre of a fight between Kiefer Sutherland and designer Jack McCullough, is under stress because of the scandal. The actress was attending the Innoncence Project gala on May 6 at Cipriani Wall Street, but before reading a monologue from Bob Balaban’s ‘The Exonerated’, she was spotted having some serious time alone. 

Although Shields had put on a happy face in public, a witness caught her sitting with her knees pulled up to her chest, hugging herself for comfort and chatting quietly into her cell phone. “It was a very private moment,” the New York Daily News quoted a source as saying. The source added: “She looked really upset, overwhelmed and stressed, the complete opposite of her outward calm in public.” 

On May 4, Sutherland had headbutted McCullough at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala in New York, to defend Shield’s honour.

Naomi Campbell boycotts fashion event for friendship

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has decided against attending a recent fashion event just because one of her close friend has not been invited. 

The catwalk queen has refused to attend the Costume Institute gala at the Met only because her dear friend, designer Azzedine Alaia, has not got an invitation to the event. 

"Naomi, having supported this gala event for many years, planned to attend this year and even purchased a table. However, as she does not wish to be disloyal to Alaia . . ." the ‘New York Post’ quoted a representative for the diva as saying. 

However, a spy said: "Please. She only decided not to go after Karl Lagerfeld decided against going." Sources have also revealed that Campbell hosted a "Supermodel" party at her Time Warner Centre apartment on May 3, where Vogue's Hamish Bowles showed up "begging her to come to the Met". 

Campbell's rep didn't comment, nor did a ‘Vogue’ spokesperson return calls.
